HHY 186D an FLF6G new to Bristol Omnibus Co. Ltd. keeps company with EFM 631C an FS6G which was new to the once mighty Crosville. Both vehicles have the Cave-Brown-Cave engine cooling system, two radiators are mounted on either side of the destination box rather than in the usual place in front of the engine. Below we see 557 BNG a very rare FL6G alongside WNO 478 which is a KSW5G

A sad day for LEL 652F, an FLF6B with semi-automatic transmission and new to Hants & Dorset. despite a long period of being advertised for sale no offers were forthcoming and the vehicle went to a buyer in Holland. It is seen here just before departure from Derby for Dover, Marshall bodied RELL6L, SJA 352K, has just popped round to say cheerio!

The Lodekka has been snapped up in great numbers by overseas buyers, usually eager to use them as a "true London bus" even though London Transport have never owned one! Here is a view at Lake Tahoe, California on 28th June 1990 of the one time 60 JAL an FSF6G new to Mansfield District, passing to Midland General and then Trent.

More Lodekka views soon!
