Another form of painted advertising was between the vehicle decks known as 'Unibus' advertising. Here a freshly repainted 272 displays a scheme for Campion Glass on 17th June 1985 which it lost when the contract ended. This was hastily renewed and the same scheme then appeared on Citybus 137 seen below in the Market Place on 2nd August 1987.


129 on The Cornmarket 12th July 1987. The livery is the base scheme for a Derby County advert the sign writing had yet to be carried out but a dispute in the Engineering Department somewhat delayed this.


130 at the Bus Station on 25th July 1987. As with 129 this vehicle also ran in the base livery for a short time which was bright orange!
